How It Works
The Live Dashboard gives you a real-time bird's-eye view of any event. As guests arrive and scanners check them in, the numbers update. Admins can see registration counts, check-in totals, attendance rate, volunteer assignments, and survey responses — all on one beautiful screen designed for at-a-glance monitoring during the event.

Open the Dashboard
From Admin → Events, find your event and click "View Dashboard". You can also navigate directly to /events/<id>/dashboard. No special setup is required.

Monitor Registration
The top section shows total registrations vs capacity. A progress bar shows how full the event is at a glance — useful for last-minute promotion decisions.

Watch Check-Ins Live
As scanner volunteers check in guests, the Checked In counter grows. Refresh the page to get the latest count.

View Volunteer Roster
The dashboard shows which seva roles are defined for this event and how many volunteers are assigned to each role — so you know your team coverage at a glance.

Track Survey Responses
If a survey is linked to the event, the dashboard shows how many responses have been submitted so far — great for monitoring post-event engagement.

Share with Co-Admins
Copy the dashboard URL and share it with other admins, centre managers, or temple leadership who need to monitor the event remotely from any device.

Any user with Programme Admin or Super Admin access for that centre can view the dashboard. Scanners cannot access it.
